Will attempt to go to the Gym earlier but we're looking after Zara so not sure when / if we can leave her.

If so, leave them with me and I'll do them over the weekend . . . save me going to Buckingham just to spray stuff.

I can easily do them between other jobs . . .

Been looking at Lakewood Adjustable Panhard Arms . . . And Rear Control Arms . . . . . And also shortened Torque Arms.

An Energy Suspension Poly-Bush kit has been observed, too.

Rear Control Arms

I'd said about those LCA Relocation brackets that Spohn (and others) do that lowers the mounting on the rear axle to account for your lowered suspension... keeps everything aligned as its supposed to be which is ment to help...   they're not that expensive either.

http://www.spohn.net/product.cfm?productid=1290

Or... you could have some made... after all its only bent steel...

NON-LOWERED vehicles will also see a dramatic increase in traction by lowering the rearward angle of the LCA with our relocation brackets. The lower mount holes are placed in the arc pattern of the OEM length LCA. Therefore allowing a non-lowered F-Body to drop the rear LCA angle and NOT require a longer than OEM LCA. All geometry is correctly maintained. The anti-squat performance is providing most users with a full .10 or better 60' reduction!

I know.

I enjoy driving her, I really do.

And TBH, selling her in the condition she was in mechanically would've been silly.

 . . . .

 . . . . . . . .

Or that's my excuse.

O.K - What do peeps think of these - bearing in mind I'm fitting Eibachs and Tokico shocks . . . :

Lakewood LCA's

Lakewood Adj Panhard
http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_10001_10002_744079_-1_11319

Jegster Prop Loop (it's cheap and I'd feel happier with it)
http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_10001_10002_757228_-1_10061

Jegster Torque Arm (this one doesn't rely on the tranny mount)
(It's the top one)

Lakewood are ok, when it comes to f-bodies price does indicate who makes the best parts, TBH LCAs and Panhard bars dont have to be over the top. Just make sure they are tig welded and not computer welded. Only thing i would never recommend is poly gearbox mounts as i have seen them crack bell housings by not having enough give on a car with hard acceleration.

That's certainly not on the list . . . I'll be polybushing the front end but have no plans on doing the engine/tranny mounts.

I've had a few lakewood parts and know them to be reasonable quality (hence I automatically went for them).
The welding's good and the overall (powder-coat) finish is alright - not perfect, but hell, it's going underneath a car !

Thanks for the input

I've still not found a strut brace, though.

If you poly bush one thing you should do everything as they will wear your normal bushes out twice as quick. so a front end pack would be fine etc. The gearbox mounts are recommended by the manufacturers and performance places in the States but speak to the guys that have actually run them on their cars.

The theory with mine is the bits listed cover the rear of the car so an energy suspension kit would do the rest.
