I'm guessing it's something on show as the joins look too clean for something merely structural . . .
If it's a gate i'm hoping you have some EPIC hinges . . . . ! !
i'll take that as a compliment ...(http://www.mkb.cc/forum/smileys/cool.gif)
it dont need any hinges though...(http://www.mkb.cc/forum/smileys/wink.gif)

Awesome! I want one!
Does it have any hazard monitoring to stop the stray neighbour kids getting squashed in it? For example if it feels any resistance, does the motor stop?
How's the bus getting on? I like your 'patch of projects'
works well for our corner plot garden keeps various undesirable pikeys at bay,
built it all in for around £230 ...(http://www.mkb.cc/forum/smileys/beavisnbutthead.gif)
120 for the motor system,£80 for the timber and 30 bucks for odds an sods,
there is a pair of sensors across the opening that stop the gate if there broken...much to the amusement to my daft neighbour .....(http://www.mkb.cc/forum/smileys/tongue.gif)
the motor also stops and reverses, if the gate hits something,
all in all a great product that has worked well for 2 years...,(http://www.mkb.cc/forum/smileys/up.gif)
the snow was no problem,
until a lot build up and the gate squashes it up against the buffer ...hardly a major issue ...
the bus has had a bit of welding and im considering an engine conversion...(http://www.mkb.cc/forum/smileys/chiny.gif)...

.i had to give the gate a coat of used engine oil and creosote last year too..
smelt feckin great for a couple of weeks in the hot sun..
Am in the process of doing the fences in the back garden at the mo. Had 3 oil change's worth of 25,000+ mile oil kicking about so it seemed silly not to.
