These aren't in a particular order, they all tend to move about

The Shawshank Redemption
I Love this film, the story is awesome & you really connect with the characters by the end of the film.  a True Classic

Goodfellas
My Favourite Gangster film of all time, again another film with a brilliant story, closely followed by Casino.

Blues Brothers
Where do I start... the music is cool & very catchy, the number of famous people in it is staggering, Its funny in places & it has the largest on-screen pileup of all time, what more could you ask for...

Monty Python's Life of Brian & also Holy Grail
Truly Great Classic British Comedy... "Lobbest thou thy holy Handgrenade of Antioch" and thats just for starters, the quotes could go on & on...

Finish Line
Na, only Kidding!

Resevoir Dogs / Pulp Fiction
Classic Tarrantino, unable to decide so I just put in both.  Brilliant films.

Oh and Favourite Stand-up DVD
Eddie Izzard: Dress to Kill
I have watched this DVD so many times and its still funny, filmed in San Francisco from his show on Alcatraz Island.
It's the time that we kill that keeps us alive...

Dumb and dumber (the first time i saw it) had me crying with laughter,

Walk the Line - Johnny Cash.  No further comment needed.

The Shawshank Redemption - Story by Stephen King.

Return of the King - By JRR Tolkien, Directed by Peter "bad taste" Jackson.

Road Racers - THe best low budget film ever. Directed by Robert Rodriguez.

The Crow - (relatively) low-budget film which cost the lead actor his life.

Also.

The Green Mile - Another from Stephen King.

Finding Nemo - Dude, Noggin' - Bop !

Goodfellas - A Classic then, now and for years to come.

Hot Rod - Reminds me of my Youth and one of the reasons I love Yanks.

American Grafitti - A Classic, cleverly Directed loaded with Yanks.

I have to add Gladiator in there.

Full Metal Jacket.

Management would add Ghoust with Patrick Swayzee

Each to their own I suppose...

I like the bit where the boat Sank... you'd have thought I'd have cared a bit more given that a few generations of my family nearly didn't exist because of that boat!

Titantic was well acted, well directed and had amazing FX.

O.K the stortline was a bit wet (no pun intended) but was an amazing film all the same.

PLUS Kate Winslet gets nekkid.

Dog Soldiers and 28 Days Later are good, although not sure if they'd stand up to too many repeat viewings.

An American Werewolf in London

if we are talking animation you have to include toy story and toystory2 as without these none of the other animation films would be around. Besides Pixar is part of Apple

As for cult films

The matrix and Donni Darko make my list ***EDIT*** almost forgot the most famous cult film ever 'apocolypse now' not to be confused with the very very funny whoops apocolypse

Dawn of the Dead (original AND remake - that doesn't happen often)

Land of the Dead. - Pulled Zombie films into the 21st Century.

Both by George A Romero.
