Well it's been pretty intense for the last few weeks
I've been concentrating on diet, fresh meat & fish, rice and pasta etc
Still drinking just 100% water
Two weeks ago I started adjusting the bike brakes so that they bind, making it a lot harder even on the flat
Month end weight target is under 77kg, currently steady at 76kg ( 59.9kg today )
I've been doing the 2k row level 10 in 7min 52 to 54 secs average and two weeks ago my new record was a storming 7mins 50.2secs.
This morning I pulled a 7min 46.2
Generally feeling 95% fit
