Anyone got any links to articles regarding this ?
My brain is thinking "sleds" again and this is a question that I've never truly had answered.
Any companies in the US/UK that do this ?
What do they need to do it ?

Looks like waterjet cutting is the easiest way after googling a few DIY sites or going to lexan
