Cheers dude!

Also got it to also turn off auto-sync between 22:00 and 07:00 so I don't have emails coming through when I'm in bed

Just trying to set mine up to Read out SMS's while CoPilot or Google Nav is active.
Then send an auto reply "Feck off i'm driving" or something to that effect.

Still needs tweeking.  I know it can detect the difference between USB and AC Power but not sure if it will tell the difference between USB Charging and Car Charging.  I think this would be a better way of doing it rather than tasking from the Applications

Can you tell i'm bored at work today?

Impressive application huh..

It is bascially allowing people to write their own programs for Android with an easy(ish) to use user interface..

Reading out SMS is just ******* impressive. I may try and get it to wank me off whilst playing 'no more tears' by Ozzy..

Yes, but I don't really know that much about PBs running Tiger.

Usually it is something like hold down C at start with disk in to launch darwin installer.

Most people format the system to ensure they haven't left anything on there, then re-install from the disk the OS - it takes like an hour on a *real* mac, unlike a PC install of Windows that can take days

If she is the admin account, can you just setup another account and use that as 'yours'?

^ All this assuming Tiger and PBs have the same infrastructure as Leopard

If it affects how you can use the machine, ask for your money back as she is in the wrong.

Note - I doubt you could install Leopard on that machine without slowing it down loads - check specs, if it will run Snow Leopard you could buy it and install instead.

its the same spec as my powerbook, which has leopard on.. and runs fine

they wont  wont run s/l as that needs an intel dual core chip....and the powerbooks are g4 chips..

she is the admin account, and i can add another account ...
but i need access the admin account to change some stuff,

im sure an upgrade to leopard will solve a few probs....
