To make 12 kebabs:
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1inch cubes
2 green peppers, cored and seeded, cut into 1inch squares
500g cherry tomatoes (although there are always to many tomatoes)
375g button mushrooms
Marinade:
175ml olive oil
125ml light soy sauce
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried thyme
freshly ground black pepper
12 bamboo skewers
