Questions and Queries / Someone to do brake line work?
« on: September 02, 2008, 10:23:20 am »
Hi all, long time since I've been on here but the mustang is now going back together having been painted. I need someone to come and plumb in my new master cylinder and front discs as I can't do it myself and guess it should be done properly! Does anyone know of a garage or mechanic who could come to Woburn and do the brake lines? Obviously I can't take the car to them as it's in bits.

Thanks a lot for any help,
Angus

« on: January 12, 2007, 08:32:59 pm »
What do you reckon the best time to have an ebay listing end is and on what day of the week?

I am about to sell our 1989 mkII Golf Syncro on ebay having not sold anything before. Any tips/warnings I should know of??

Cheers,
Angus

Hi, been told by the friendly guy at my local garage that this guy would be good for painting the mustang when (one day) its ready. Would have done all major bodywork already.

So, has anyone ever come acroos this place? Any feedback, good, bad or indifferent would be great,
Cheers,
Angus

Questions and Queries / Boring paint question
« on: September 13, 2006, 06:38:41 pm »
Went up to the MK Paint supplies in Denbigh  this afternoon as I am respraying the interior to ask about paint. I was told to use a cellulose primer and then synthetic topcoat.
Question is, how much of each do I need? I am doing the floor, trunk, ceiling, firewall and inner wheel arches etc

Thanks a lot,
Angus

PS - Saw a nice blue corvette parked up nearby, reg USA 46 - Anyone's?
