It didn't break.  

Mind you, it didn't go particularly quick either, but given the wind was blowing directly down the track (the wrong way!) that's not too surprising.

Lots of breakages among the other cars though, so between that and the longest queues I've seen yet, I only did 2 runs. a 15.1 and a 15.0. Only 0.3 off my best, so not too bad considering.

Best part was watching a 5.3 at 260mph run!

My fav bit was a really chavvy knackered Renault who dumped its load midway down the track lol made my day

Was a good day overall -shame about the wind casuing slow runs, and all the multiple incidents making for a VERY slow afternoon there......

Checking my times - best was a 14.551 @ 96.53 which aint bad if you consider i think the wind was prob adding  0.5 - 0.6 per run (as the cobra normally runs 14.1 before!)

Also saw an old mini do a 21 second run, and there were at least 5 old 2CV's running - something like 24-28 seconds.
Just goes to show, you don't need to be extremely quick to have a good time.
