How bad is the damage?

How much to put it back on the road

Maybe we could repair and sell as whole car.....

Newer shape still fetch reasonable cash.

Reeet then...update

Car is a 1996 chrysler neon LX, 5spd manual, 102,000 ish miles.

Problems are - dash board is partly hanging off, no drivers side window (smashed in), dent on drivers rear quarter & lots of scratches due to littlel sh*ts keying it!

Engine ran sweet enough last time and has had a head gasket change about 6 months ago.

Sooo......deano you interested or not.........

sounds like a nice little run around though RK.... they're pretty sweet cars...

I probably shouldn't.

If I replace the Eldo with another car I'll never get my CBT done before October . . .

I need to force myself into it, you see.

I'll assist in breaking, though.

You need to take the full test otherwise it's not worth doing just the CBT

Come October it will take you five years to ride bikes of unlimited capacity, assuming you continue to pass all the tests

And this is a bad thing because. . . . . .

I may well wait until this becomes law before i consider 2 wheels that way i might live longer than a week

Coz you are probably more likely to die on a 125cc whilst waiting to move up capacity.
In todays traffic if you can't keep with the flow the other drivers will do ANYTHING to get past you, this is the reason I stopped wearing a Hi-Viz jacket.
I had one tosser actually drive up the pavement to get past me because he thought I might hold him up in the approaching 40mph limit

a lot of biking is as dangerous as you make it

it can be a bit of a lottery out there........plenty of peeps killed walking on the footpath, crossin the road, sitting at lights, generally minding ya own business,

im sure we would all be safer sat on the sofa....

Sooooooo unless anyone wants to buy it as a repairer (PM me for info) we will break it for spares (i have agreed a 30 (me mate) - 70 (MKB) for any money made) therefore:

Graeme - are we ok to break & store at the barn? ( i will set a time frame of a maximum 2 months to shift parts else they get binned )

All - who able to help and when good dates??

Dates - how does next w/end grab people??

busy sat, woring on the gouda sunday.

Got to get cracking on the TA now the parts are arriving, dont know when i'm likely to be free.
If it does get done i'll probably be able to fit it in with when it is being done.

No problem storing parts but you wont get the shell in there as i ahve moved the T/A further out so i can work on it. I will also be working on this rather than breaking as this is now priority for me. You guys will need to bring some tools as well as i am likely to be using mine
