Thought it was about time we did a Gym update
First the bad News :Still can't seem to loose the last 1.5kg
Too much time spent in front of a PC
Second the good news :Been going pretty much 7 days a week since my return from holiday at the end of September.
I've done a couple of 7 minute 42 second 2,000 metre ( level 10 ) rows in the last two weeks,
this morning a new 2 year record of 7 minutes 41.06 seconds
Come on Peeps Crimbo is only just around the corner
