Gym Update.

Thought it was about time we did a Gym update

First the bad News :

Still can't seem to loose the last 1.5kg
Too much time spent in front of a PC

Second the good news :

Been going pretty much 7 days a week since my return from holiday at the end of September.
I've done a couple of 7 minute 42 second 2,000 metre ( level 10 ) rows in the last two weeks,
this morning a new 2 year record of 7 minutes 41.06 seconds

Come on Peeps Crimbo is only just around the corner

Feck me! 7:41 for 2km!! Best I can do is 8:20 and that's mid level (5).
