I just installed a Netgear WGT624 V3 with Wep security and its downloading at 5meg which is right for the SP2 networked download at this time of night..

got half way up the garden with it and the speed didnt alter couldnt be arsed to walk all the way to the end of the garden...

signal went to low but the download stayed constant.

so it could be your router

Yeah certainly seems that way

My bro went for Skys 8Mb package (rather than the 16Mb we went for) and he gets 6ishMb download over wireless connection (compared to our 2.8ishMb)
