I'd like to see you get the gear change lever off the Beatch now

Yep been doing some welding : [img]http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c294/fbody007/Lifan%20GY200/BikewithWelderetc.jpg?t=1192274078\" border=\"0\"  alt=\"\" width=150>Kickstart & foot rest etc. [img]http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c294/fbody007/Lifan%20GY200/Kickstart.jpg?t=1192274144\" border=\"0\"  alt=\"\" width=150>Never bolted the battery box up before just relied on the rubber strap, so I've fitted 75mm long M8 bolts with nylock nuts/ washers. So you need a long micro socket on a battery gun and a small ring spanner to get them off [img]http://www.mkb.cc/forum/smileys/wink.gif" alt="" border="0" onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" class="bbc_img" />

Also did the side stand and clutch & brake levers : [img]http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c294/fbody007/Lifan%20GY200/Clutchlever.jpg?t=1192274419\" border=\"0\"  alt=\"\" width=150>If I need to get anything off I'll just get my grinder out, I think the whole bike will go next [img]http://www.mkb.cc/forum/smileys/sad.gif" alt="" border="0" onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" class="bbc_img" />

Dam went out on the Beatch this morning and after about 20 miles it got stuck in top gear
Thought it was something to do with my welding, but it turned out to be a crankcase screw, looks like the Numpties who stole the gear shift stripped the thread on the screw and it fell out jaming the lever

I've also added another security light above the bike ( £7.99 from Wilkinson )

I like the way he has added the light to help the little scrouts. The problem with PIR lights is that everything sets them off so people just ignore them
