For those of you that may be interested ,we have the last aaci show this year at billing this weekend

on sat evening we will be having a street party/monster bbq,in puddle duck,with an hawian theme, every one is welcome to bring along their food to be cooked,and have a few drinks with like minded folk.....lol
we also have, TWO bands and an extended hours bar [1am]in the marquee

it is also the venue this weekend, of the northants ballon festival,so there will be additional sights to see on another of the fields....with flights twice a day, 6am and 6 pm....cant see me seeing anything at 6am

shoulds be a great weekend if the summer sell out is anything to go by,,

been over to billing and the roads are back to the normal layout, :mr green:

to get to the show fields and camping you need to take a left turn,to the right, of the new swimming pool site,

lol
which is a large grey steel work frame, the road is a temporary tarmc road which is quite smooth,

its nice and dry on the fields and there are a few cars and traders there already....

all of the balloon festival traders are marked out in some of the other fields and the paddock up by the shops is designated as the balloon launch area....

it looks like the guys at billing have really pulled out all the stops and done a great job of the organisation......

should be set for a great weekend.....

is that a different route from the old days (follow to left, over bridge etc) ??

no its just the same ....but theres a fookin great building to go around, its actually a left turn to the right of the building

ray,
the roads at billing have not changed,
the speed bumps are relatively tame compared most,
in ordinary cars ya dont even notice em.....

but if they used to catch the camaro exhaust they still will....

thanks Art, oh well, thats another sunday clearing the garage then. The exhaust is only 2.75 inches off the deck so most speed ramps catch them a bit but Billings being so narrow they really hurt as the front wheels are on the flat again before the exhaust has ridden up.

Unles I have a couple of runners in front laying down planks
