It is bloody stupid, though.  The whole arguement is just Apple being greedy.
There are no similarities in said products . . . it's just an attempt to stop other firms making money.

This is only the same as Apple recordings trying to stop apple computers using the apple logo, in years past apple recordings has let it slide but now apple comuters have moved into the music business with itunes store the fight has now been restarted

So Apple (music) recording ONLY has an issue with Apple when they start venturing into music ?

Seems fair to me.

The arguement Apple has with Mach 5 seems to me to be complete rubbish.
