AAARRRGGGGGGHHHHH !!!!

C*NTS, F*CKING, F*CKING C*NTS !!!

After being guaranteed delivery today who should call me today on my way in ?

UPS at Northampton.

"Sorry your package had to be re-directed back to Northampton"

Boll*cks, I thought - I bet it was never even sent to the Luton branch.

"It'll now be delivered to you on Monday".

I didn't ask for a promise . . their gaurantees mean absolutely nothing.

I did, however, ask to confirm the address.

"3 Flipst--"

"No, hold it, it's CLIPstone, not Flipstone . . . "

"Ah, right, Haha"

I corrected them yesterday on that as well . . . another thing they missed or couldn't be bothered to correct.

All in all this experience has left me determined never to use UPS again.

I'd prefer to use an alternative company and pay more just to avoid giving them my custom.

I'd also STRONGLY urge anyone else not to use them as they're not only utterly useless but cannot follow instructions, apparently cannot read or understand numbers and also, from my experience, frequently lie.

Not trying to defend the Bastewards but the actually accepted responsibility for this FU on the tracking....

AN INCORRECT ROUTING AT A UPS FACILITY CAUSED THIS DELAY;DELIVERY RESCHEDULED

Definitely will NOT be my first choice in the future.

I am quite dissappointed in their performance!
