Not on my PC sorry.  Had a thought though and will try and dig out my CD wallet tonight.  You never know I may have burnt a copy.

Correction: It won't in 64bit, it will in 32bit.

I dont' have AutoCAD, only Solidworks, but can't you use the virtual XP mode http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/?
