Yes, in my endeavour to continue steering clear of caffine I've now started drinking Mint Tea.

For those who've never tried it I'd recommend it as I was surprised at how refreshing it is and how pleasant the taste.

It's also good for the *ahem* "system" so will have you going nice and regular, too.

Bonus !

Tryed it a few times, just turns my stomach

Prefer Green Tea, Earl or Lady Grey, Chinese teas (that I have tried) or good old PG Tips

Rather have a Beer though!

I drink decaffeinated coffee to avoid too much caffeine but I'm just old fashioned like that.

(I know it doesn't remove all the caffeine before you say it )

I must admit, when I decided to try cut down on coffee I also switched to 'fruity' teas.

In my draw I have Twinings aptly named 'Fresh and Fruity' selection, Mint selection, Moments of calm selection, Lemon and Ginger, and good old Jasmin tea (leaves not bags).
So fruity I had to jab a pen in my eye each cup, just to prove i was still a man.

Of course all that went out the window when the baby arrived!  Now i'm back on 3-4 cups of strong coffee a day.  Just to stay awake.

See.  Babies.  They're bad for one's health.
