Roadkill:
Wasn't too fussed about doing my own wine but when Sammy came home with a kit to make 6 bottles of Chardonnay I couldn't complain !

She then bought home 6 bottles, a pack of corks and a corker (all free on product testing !!)

The kit came with extra steriliser and sugar which was helpful, too - I'm getting quite a stockpile, now.



Wine should be ready for Brighton but i do need to donate 2 bottles to Sammy's boss.

Yeah.

Second stage of the wine making is tonight (topping up the demijohn).

Then another week (ish) 'til bottling.

Dunno.  I put it in the Caddy's trunk and to be honest have completely forgotten about it until now.  

I think it's been in the dark, now, for about 6 days . . . ???



I'll have a quick look tonight but I'm guessing it should be ready for bottling Friday / Saturday.
