ive got a feeling this is going to be a great beer,
when its had time to condition,
it was only 1 week in the bottle so not really at its best,
i had a tester from the keg last nite and it was clearer
but then it hadn't been on a 140 mille journey,
this beer wont be a bright beer as it has quite a bit of roasted barley in it,
i will be keeping a few bottles in a dark place until xmas then it should be excellent
im now thinking of brewing 6 gallons of a golden ipa to use my second keg,
tbh
as we dont drink a lot i can keep a 5/6 gallon keg for over 3 months so..
with two on the go i will have enough beer for this year...
