Can confirm that the Back Spacing is 3 3/4" as previously guessed.
Didn't have time to clean up an entire wheel this morning but this is 40 seconds with some Autosol rubbed in with my fingers on the worst looking wheel :
They're NOT 100% perfect - if you want that you'll need new ones !!! 
However I
can say that they're unscratched, unkerbed, unmarked and the finish will be 90-95% as good as new once I've gone at them properly.
Centre caps are included.
Can (potentially) include the bullet wheel nuts but they're metric RHD thread and got a bit of surface rust.
