Right, my 6 cars:

1998 - 2003/4ish
Ford Fiesta Popular Plus A-Reg
This was my first car, bought long before I ever passed my test. Was a manual. Fantastic little car bought for £550 and then spent about that on insurance at the time. This was sold to a scrap yard for £50

2003 - 2004
Renault Clio L-Reg
I bought this car just before I passed my Auto test. Was a good run-around and great as a first car. Had the 1.4 petrol engine. Sold to a colleague at the place i was working at the time, who then managed to break it and had to have it scrapped

2004
Rover 216Sli P-Reg
I loved driving this car, it had the right amount of pulling power from a standing start but happy to cruise along as well. Would have another one now as a daily if one came up. It also managed to tow the caravan when needed as well.

2004-2005/6ish
Pontiac Grand Prix L-Reg
My first step into American cars. Mainly bought to go on the AACI French trip that year as I didn't want to drive Ian's Mustang Grande at the time.
Had the 3.1 V6 engine and even fully loaded could still go some

2004-2006
Camaro 3rd Gen B-Reg
Ian bought me this as an early Christmas present as I wanted a 'fun car' and liked driving Phil's white camaro. This had the 5ltr V8 Engine
Springs had been chopped before we got it, so no going anywhere near any speed humps. Learned more driving this car than any other and loved every minute until the fuel pump stopped working on the way home from Mum's one day. While it was off the road (and I'd just got the 4th Gen) we had the springs replaced and it was never the same car for me after that
Sold to a friend from the Swindon American car meet who did bring it to a few meets but unsure what happened after then.

2005-present
Camaro 4th Gen N-Reg
My Current car. Was my daily for quite some time until taken off the road last year as needs a lot of work on it to get it through another MOT. Also could do with a re-spray to sort out the pealing lacquer on the doors/rear panels.
Has the 3.8Ltr V6 petrol engine.

OK... here goes then!!

B Reg Vauxhall Nova Saloon (97 - End 98)
First ever car i owned,  used for running around in, college etc - sold on when bought the next car

not my actual car

Rover 214SLI (End 98 - 99)
Upgraded to this, and was written off by someone T'Boning me which banana'ed the car - sold to a guy who drove it to London !!

not my actual car

Rover 416GTI (99 - 2000)
Then replaced above with this car, used for a little while, until i wanted something different

not my actual car

Jeep Wrangler Safari (2000 - 2001)
So, bought us a Jeep - lovely 4x4 with 4 litre straight six (i think), was little bit too thirsty so sadly went in part ex for next vehicle

not my actual car

2.8TD Mitsubishi Shogun (2001 - January 2003)
Fancied myself another 4x4 but something a bit more economical, so went for a Shogun instead.

not my actual car

We now get into the mish-mash and alot of there overlap, at one time we had 7 vehicles between me & vicky!!!
2.8TD 1993 Mitsubishi Pajero Exceed (January 2003 - January 2004)
Then came across my next car, a Pajero Exeed which i PX'd the shogun for (major body & suspension lift, lights, winch the works!)

73 Mustang Grande (September 2003 - October 2006)
Whilst owning the Pajero, decided i needed a new avenue, an american car - so got this
94 GT Mustang (October 2003 - April 2006)Also decided i need a more sensible daily than the pajero (which ended up getting sold after being valdalised) so got my GT.[img]http://yanksrule.co.uk/cars/gt/gtsalepics/HPIM2657.JPG" alt="" border="0" onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" class="bbc_img" />

74 Mustang 2 (February 2004 - May 2005)
Then had the bright(!!) idea to get a project car,  never did much to it, sold it to someone else.

96 Mustang Cobra SVT (April 2005 - May 2007)
Saw this when Dave Redbourne asked me for info about this mustang he was looking at in Japan, bit his hand off for it, very nice car - 300bhp, hand built signed engine, do miss this one....
93 Jeep Cherokee #1 (August 2005 - August 2006)Decided i needed a workhorse so picked up the first Jeep Cherokee i had - great car to not worry about and just ran it, then flogged it on (with a bit of tree wedged firmly in the front radiator lol) [img]http://yanksrule.co.uk/cars/jeep/Jeep%20Aug%2006%20Pic%20001.JPG\" border=\"0\"  alt=\"\" width=150>96 GMC Safari (March 2006 - April 2010)Ahh the "truck",  After chopping in the GT, decided to get something else and got this fun wagon - great times had in this thing, went all over the place, including France, Belgium and Amsterdam - ended up selling it when the auto box went, think it had over 200,000 on it when it went! [img]http://yanksrule.co.uk/cars/Safari/BigSafari.jpg\" border=\"0\"  alt=\"\" width=150>87 Chevy Astro SWB (April 2006 - Dec 2006)Decided that 1 dayvan wasn't enough so took this one over from PhilO and had the Safari and this together for a while - sold this on[img]http://yanksrule.co.uk/cars/astro/AstroFront.JPG" alt="" border="0" onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" class="bbc_img" />

96 GMC Typhoon (October 2006 - August 2007)
Decided to let the Grande go so did a PX against this beast with Dave,  had it for a while, got it going (kinda), on the road, used and then sold it on to a guy who's doing a total engine rebuild on it - you never know, may get it back in teh end!

86 Toyota Supra (August 2007 - February 2008)
Got this as a free-be when i delivered the Typhoon to it's new owner as he didn't want it!
Got it on the road (loads of welding needed!), used it (as did Dean) then flogged it on.
92 Mazda 626 (September 2009 - April 2010)First of the 'cheap' hacks to run around in to/from work in Oxford [img]http://yanksrule.co.uk/cars/mazda/19042010536.jpg\" border=\"0\"  alt=\"\" width=150>93 Jeep cherokee #2 (Jan 2010 - July 2010)Fancied another cherokee so got this one, again brilliant no messing utility vehicle [img]http://yanksrule.co.uk/cars/jeepno2.jpg\" border=\"0\"  alt=\"\" width=150>96 Ford Mondeo Saloon (March 2010 - Aug 2011)Next in the line of daily commuter hacks [img]http://yanksrule.co.uk/cars/mondeo/DSCF0275.JPG\" border=\"0\"  alt=\"\" width=150>97 Chevy Astro LWB (August 2010 - March 2011)Fancied another dayvan so got this one off ebay, from SCOTLAND!!! - flew up, drove it back and used it for a while, sold on when not getting used and was costing too much to drive to Oxford! [img]http://yanksrule.co.uk/cars/astrolwb/DSCF0132.JPG\" border=\"0\"  alt=\"\" width=150>94 Mitsubishi Pajero Exceed (April 2011 - December 2011)Bought this as a mini project, with plan to restore as interior was shot, did most of it then sold it [img]http://yanksrule.co.uk/cars/new-pajero/may-2011/14052011072.jpg\" border=\"0\"  alt=\"\" width=150>Honda CB350s (2011 - Present)Me first motorbike, still got this (although needs new MOT to get using it again!)93 Volvo 440 (July 2011 - January 2012)The next daily hack - really basic car - crappy gearbox so sold on for spares in teh end [img]http://yanksrule.co.uk/cars/volvo440/DSCF0681.jpg\" border=\"0\"  alt=\"\" width=150>94 Mistubishi Diamante (January 2012 - February 2012)Bought this to replace the volvo, very lovely car to drive, luxury motoring, but OMG how thirsty - 3.something v6, so got shot very quick! [img]http://yanksrule.co.uk/cars/diamante/DSCF0711.jpg\" border=\"0\"  alt=\"\" width=150>98 Vectra CDX Estate (February 2012 - April 2013)Next in the line of daily hacks - nice car to drive, plenty of power and space, sold when cost too much to repair [img]http://yanksrule.co.uk/cars/vectra/DSCF1627.JPG\" border=\"0\"  alt=\"\" width=150>97 Astra Estate (April 2013 - May 2013)Next daily hack - we all know what happened to this one!!!![img]http://yanksrule.co.uk/cars/astra/Astra.JPG" alt="" border="0" onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" class="bbc_img" />

99 Omega Saloon (June 2013 - April 2014)
[img]http://yanksrule.co.uk/cars/omega-saloon/DSCF1835.JPG\" border=\"0\"  alt=\"\" width=150>

98 Omega Estate (April 2014 - Present)

Indeed that is the big question..what next..

I'm thinking I need to stick to a "modern" yank due to the garage being too small (for the moment ) for a car that will rust easily.

Obviously got to be a V8 as it's a second car so economy isn't a concern like it was when I bought the Mustang..

A Cobra or similar or a 4th gen Camaro SS...mostly because I like the look of the air intake over the Z28
Budget will probably limit me to a Z28 or GT though.

No more purchases for me, though, this year.

Really do fancy changing the bike this year, if money permits....

Yeah expensive engines / transmissions will do that to the car buying plans lol - but be worth it when the caddy all done!!

I'm in serious discussions with a buyer for the Pig at the mo . . . If all goes to plan that'll be going, soon . . . just gotta be sensible when I get the cash in my hand.
