There is an export form you fill in, also you might want to grab the reg as you can sell that as once it leaves the UK its no good

I can ask my dad cause they shipped a classic car to denmark and then found out afterwards they were supposed to fill out some forms

Ask them if it is staying in this country or going back to Poland.

If it's staying here just fill in log book as normal.

If it's going elswhere they take the whole thing and you fill in/send off the export section. Also worth trying to get some addtional id for your records.
