I don't think for what you need RK that you'd get the use out of Adjustables.

Problem is that his car has been moded beyond the original so adjustables would help with the weight distribution

Those (Tokiko Illumia) are the ones I intend to buy.

Well, with you and Pod recomending them - that's me sold !

Anyone recommend an adjustable panhard and strut brace (that ties in with the bulkhead) ?

I was looking at an Edelbrock brace but could only find '84 years and onwards . . . . mine's an '83.

I have probably still got most of the necessary bits to make one.  All you'd need to do is supply a suitable piece of tube and I could put the ends on for you.

£20?

If it's as simple as that . . . . let me look into a suitable tube.

Does the kit recommend a section ?

By the looks of things if you want to tie the strut towers to the firewall it might need to be a custom piece

The edelbrock panhard rod says it's 0.84mm wall thickness.

I'll need to check my garage to see if I do still have the bits, and if I do I can give you the required internal diameter.

In the picture on the site that G posted, I'd be doing one like the top one - with rods ends, not poly bushes. (And it won't be Chrome moly either )

TPI wasn't until later I though . . . for some reason, apparently, that brace won't fit mine . .

Strut brace wouldn't be too hard to make either.  The only thing I might need that I don't have is a pipe bender if you need any bends put in it.

Any fabrication work should be done with seamless tubing, Panhard bar is the easiest thing to make but dont use sepherical joints on a camaro

If your going to only use one one end and fit a poly bush the other, they are great for track cars but not on a everyday car on British roads.

Yup we used to break them all the time on the westfield and at £20+ a time it gets expensive. My mom's TR6 has a rose jointed rear swaybar and we have had a couple break on that as well. They just wont take the punishment from british roads

Best ask Jamie nicely for some tips on setup and if you can borrow his corner scales then...
