I thought it was really good.... not your typical Bond film... It was quite plausable, quite gritty and violent, and there were no sharks with laser beams attached to their heads...

I give it

Yeah definately a good one, the foot chase at the beginning of the film was wicked, as I said to sammy i'm sure i'd heard that they had used some of those french guys who 'invented' "par-cours" (spelling??) and from the chase its evident they did

Good story well thought out plot etc & despite being sceptical previously Daniel Craig makes a good James Bond

Not as good as Goldeneye though

Overall
1/2 out of 5

Yes I spotted that " Parkour " and the French founder is called Sebastien Foucan.

Here he is with Madonna :

I'm un-sure on it at the moment.

It was undeniably a Bond film, but Daniel Craig didn't fit the traditional role of Bond.

That said, this was being done (correctly) as the 1st Bond story, and from what I have heard of the books, is more faithfull to the written character.

If being jugded as a 1 off, start of franchise, I would say excellent, but judging it against the rest of the series it's disappointing.

I'll defininitely watch it again and maybe have different thoughts then, but I think it will be the next film that determines if DC makes a good Bond or not.

Well worth seeing, either way.
