Well what ever they download is onto their Wi-Fi laptops

Joking apart I don't think any teenagers would actually pay to download stuff

Personally I think the problem belongs to the music owners who haven't caught up with the technology. If they want to protect copyright, they should encrypt it

I don't believe I've ever downloaded a song without paying for it unless it was free.

Its true about the connection though, regardless of which laptop its going to, its your ISP and IP address which they'll follow up.

I think at the moment they're trying more to stop anything getting uploaded.
