whats just as wierd is we're forever moaning in this country about supermarkets & suppliers injecting meat with loads of water to bulk it out... here's there's a DIY kit included!!!!

"Procedure: completely dissolve 1 package (.20) of turkey injection mix in 1 quart (2 lbs.) of COLD water. Inject the whole muscles of the bird (breasts and thighs) for a 10% gain, (example: 20 pound bird, use 2 pounds of injection fluid). "

ever seen a vid of one of those turkey deep fryers catching fire?

if you put a turkey in thats not properly defrosted, the oil all foams over, and ignites on the burner!

this is why they say you should only use them outdoors!
