Can anyone / know someone who can / weld stainless ?

I think it can be mig welded, you just need to change the wire and gas - it really needs to be the pucker stuff, not CO2 which you can get away with on regular steel.

I'd be willing to give it a go, but,

A, Depends if you want someone to 'give it a go' or a proffessional job. My welding is good (got a certificate to say so ), but I don't practice a great deal and I've never done stainless)

B, I don't have the wire/gas, so they'd need to be sourced from somewhere

I can, get yerself on a plane with yer bits stapped to yer back
You can MIG stainless easily but TIG is better.
