my broad band is pretty slow, but I am RIGHT on the limit of out exchange, i think its like 4km away, but im still getting 3.5mbps....

i actually picked up 0.75mbps when the BT engineer re-punched our connections in the green control box at the end of the road, must have been a bit corroded in there....

At least it is a bit faster for you bud.

I get:

Which is brilliant considering we are in the Fens in the middle of no-where. Half of what we used to get at Newport though

Works out to 500k download speed..

Same old crappy Virgin Media slowness for me, it would be more amusing if I wasn't paying for unlimited

They don't want to know mate, according to the "system" their isn't any fault, if I could I'd go to another supplier ( we are too far away from the BT exchange to use the phone line for connection and we don't use Virgin for the phone ).
Been into the shop and basically if you are an existing customer your screwed, can't even cancel and rejoin, because your list address is listed as having been a customer
All I ever get is sent a new modem, we've had six now
