But can't see me moving house again, as house prices rise the difference between what you want and what you can afford gets ever wider

When we bought this house 14 years ago, the house I wanted was £7k more, now it's more like £70k+

We just got VERY VERY LUCKY with this house......

10 yrs now and knocked him down to 86k back then.....
