Oh and its not against the rules to run multiple accounts on 1 PC, I can run my 2 and my brothers on my machine alone, infact EVE is specifically designed to be capable of doing this. I know 1 guy who runs 4 concurrently, a well as loads of people with just the 1 account.
I also am aware of someone who actually runs 18 accounts, all funded with ingame money, wouldn't suprise me if its that guy TBH...
i'd hate to pay his electric bill though
