At work, so no YouTube - However, on my iPod is mainly sounding like this:-

Lil' Wayne - Tha Carter II

Blink 182 - Enema Of The State

Carrie Underwood - Some Hearts

Deftones - White Pony

Meat Loaf - Best Of....

Skrillex - Bangarang

Seasick Steve - You Can't Teach An Old Dog New Tricks

Susheela Raman - Love Trap

A bit of SxDx.  Machine Gun Blues.

'Ness purposely made a video too long to be shown on MTV.

(some cool cars in the vid, too)

The God.  Johnny Cash.  Man in Black (obviously) . . . .

The King . . at his true best, before the Hamburgers and Rhinestone jumpsuits . . . Mystery Train.

The Pioneer.  Eddie Cochran.  Would've been bigger than Elvis if he hadn't have died so young.

Buddy Holly.  Rave On.

That's enough education for now.

That is a really cool video, not seen that before, I love that band, i'm just sad that I only heard of them in recent years

Some of my Choices:

Pearl Jam: Elderly Woman...

Nightwish: Over the Hills and Far Away

Monster Magnet: Powertrip

(Can't get this one to embed... admin?)

I also love this song, just purely for comedy value mainly because of the last chorus and because its nothing like anything else DC did.

Useless fact of the day: i think all of the songs (not the theme tune) in Father Ted were written and sung by The Divine Comedy/Neil Hannon including the "Song for Europe" entry "My lovely Horse"

Meant to say as well, Eddie Cochran - Something else, when was that made? was that fairly 'heavy' for its age?

Released in 1959, I'd guess.

Yeah, it would've been classed as pretty heavy.  He was a pioneer in his writing and also for his recording techniques in the studio.
For some reason Eddie never appealed too much in the U.S but was a favourite in the U.K . . . which is ironic as it's here where he was killed in 1960, aged 21.
