We'd need a new BBQ, the current one would look too small behind a bus

Wouldnt take much work to change over to a tourbus. I was involved when we built the bus we used for the euroboss. simply limo black the rear windows and frame up some bunk beds with curtains and make a seating are in the front half. add a drop down screen and a projector and we are set. Shouldnt cost to much

I had a beer in my hand at the time.

Just bigger, Frame would be pre-fabbed and powder coated (guaranteeing square panels, eliminating edgeing strips) . . . Similar at the front end with main storage at the sides . . . . . . the rear . . . . . . well we've discussed hot tubs . . . . . Also capacity for a built in genny.

This thing would be at least Twice the size . . . . .

Why? Part of the problem this time was the rushed deadline and lack of proper planning at the early stages of the build.

Certainly seems worth the planning

Pre-fabbed - Why?

'Cos I can get it VERY reasonably priced, also the frame would be shot-blasted and powder-coated.
Far more durable then paint.

Plus, if we value all our time, It's gonna work out ALOT cheaper !

Work in progress, but the BBQ will have a on-board genny . . . so it's possible (I would assume) that we could rig-up water heaters . . . . Bearing in mind it's be a relatively small volume of water . . .

No.  I was sceptical of that in the first place but there's NO WAY it would heat that much volume of water . . .
