Title: Forum Registration

Due to a spate of hack attacks, we have had to raise the level of security.  All new registrations will need to be approved before you can post.  This is only a temporary measure until we get a new secure regisration process in place.  

We hope that this doesn't cause too many problems.

The new security process in now in place, and new members will be able to post straight after registering.
