ouch thats a fine and half for most people...but if your worth is 14mil then its a minor fine i spose!

I reckon he should've been fined more - he's a repeat offender . . . maybe if they fined him £500,000 he would start to learn.

Good idea on basing it on their worth, though - they should do that over here.

Great idea, can't see anything wrong with that at all.
Think of all the things you could fund just from footballers.

Mind you, if you run up a huge debt, based on your 'worth', would they pay you to speed?

+, what about the idiots who move from property to property racking up debts, they would just sign the vehicle to that property and rack up more debts
