I picked this motor up at a local garage with the intent of making it in to a table/ornament/project of some kind.

Motor was complete, now stripped, head is good, cams are there, short block has no sump..

free to whoever can come and get it, otherwise i'll drag it down to the scrappy and weigh it in...

I have a strong feeling no one will want it, but it cant hurt to offer

I find myself needing to add a road/concrete surface to a contour line map in autocad.  

Any ideas???

I've tried googling but only come up with results for revit, which as far as i can tell is an autodesk addon for autocad.

any help would be much appreciated.

i didn't see it but it makes an interesting debate subject... mass media/government press releases vs all conspiracy theorys....

it was started on another forum with 2 sentance answers... here's mine...

a few mates are WELL in to this conspiracy stuff (i didnt see what was on C4 btw so dont know if it falls in to my conspiracy bucket)...

I've watched a few things and i find it diabolical how they cut and shut fottage, take things out of context and play on human emotion to suit their own story... some of them are teribble, interviews cut up, bits of shakey footage.... and then 1000's of people loking for an 'alternative' answer fall in to them....

and then... THEN.. they try to preach at the rest of us telling us that this is what ACTUALLY happened... and they have the ultimate defence............ here it is....

if you call it a 'conspiracy' you're wrong...thats just what THEY (this is the mythical THRY again) want you to believe... so if you dont believe this (im gonna go ahead and call it what it is here) conspiracy thoery you're obviously just one of the drones who is unenlightened and believe all mass media...

so basically, they try to tell you that if you dont believe thier fuc*ed up version of events, you're an idiot drone.... so many idiots think, well.. im no idit (clearly at this point its clear that they are indeed, an idiot) I'm gonna buy in to this 'truth' theory and ppreach to all my frineds about how right i am and how thick they all must be....

They then use phrases that really make my d1ck itch.... things like...

"what you people don't understand....."

i've actually heard those EXACT words..... like 'us people' as in 'non believers' as in these fuc*tards that have watched a shed load of badly cut together bits of news real and believed them as FACT are on some higher plane of existance and now need to educate the lower echilons of the world to further themselves in the ranking of consiracy theorist fan boys....

ffs.... give me iMovie, you tube and the sky news website and I'll cut together some film footage that will show that I have been to the moon, MIchael Jackson is still alive and did indeed shot Kenedy, the brady bunch never existed, the sun isnt really there its just a lightbulb controlled by the illuminate so they can control how many hours we're awake and there is no such thing as milk, it a government controlled posion distributed by stealth assasins in electric cars to kill off (called "population control" by these assholes) the poor people leaving more money for the government which in turn is controlled by the all powerful, ever present, all seeing......... illuminate.....

God DAMN these people make my teeth ache......

and if ANY one mentions fu**ing ziterghiest or whatever it was called... i may just go fu**ing NUCELAR

how about this one, full of all the right things... a thrown away teddy bear, a spotty man from outter space, cosmic dust and a magic cloud..

I STILL have my original superted from the 80s, complete with velcrod on teddy exterior that unpeals to reveal the red costume underneath.. and he came with a passport... how odd.... although it is stamped by the Greek and Cypriot imigration desks when i took him on holiday with me in 82-85.... is it wrong that I'm a little proud of that ??

I know a couple of you are in to these kinds of things so I thought I'd put them on here first before I stick them on ebay....

Adaptec ASR-4800SAS/256MB
This is a 8 way SAS raid controller card, will do anything you need it to do! Will do up to RAID 6 (dual drive failure) and will push 3Gb/s on each channel...

Uses 64bit PCI-x slot at 133mhz

4 internal SAS ports with cables included and all the software etc.  Never been used, just opened the box to take the photos.  Retails for over £600, not looking for anywhere near that, less than half infact!






RAM - All new and unused, still in original packaging

2x Kingston KVR533D2N4/1G - 240 pin, 533Mhz DDR2, CL4, £20

PLEASE REMOVE VIDEO CAPABILITY FROM ALL MOBILE PHONES...

It's made a youtube search a right pain in the ass !!!!!

I'd say at least half of the things on youtube are recorded on mobiles, the picture is SH1T, the sound is SH1t and overall, its guess what... SH1T...

And a plea to people that record things at concerts on mobiles then upload them to youtube...
