Right heel quite hard on the brakes, with toes blipping the gas (slowly building up then dlipping gets good results once you've broken free)
Then the left foot on the clutch - bringing off very slowly to avoid stalling.

Easy.

meh havent got that either but last heard that the fog light was being fitted ready for the MOT, i dont think the reg documents can be sent off until its MOTd - it would take longer or something..
