they do look like carbs but they are throttle bodies,
there are cables to em,and the elecrtic fuel pump is in the tank, takes up 1/2 a litre, but the fuel economy makes up for the loss of capacity,

what sort of MPG is it? dads 600 (carb) bandit is returning close to 60 mpg

my GPz550 (aircooled inline 4) can return 70 if ridden sensibly (fat chance)

been out tonite running her in,
 300 miles done now,thats 110 by me
getting used to the balance of the bike now

went out at 7.15, and was out as it got dark, had to duck as a pheasant decided to jump out of the verges and fly at my head,
another flew along the road in front of me,
and the baby rabbits were frollicking in and out of the roadside and keeping me concentrating
all in all a great hour out and about

You need to take that Blue plastic off the Exhaust Art mate...It will be all melted if you get the engine warm (Still time to remove it then )

My Old Hack (ZZR600) will be up for sale /PX soon as I needs me a Buell,

but in the mean time Im tootling around on the battle scared  Kwackerwacky

Good bike for £700 / Great winter hack and good for some blistering speeds

MKB

(Tahoe is doing well Mr Art, The engine tapping is louder underneath.....So Im not listening to it there again..lol)

as I needs me a Buell,

So do I but I can't afford the asking prices

NB : Don't get the 900cc CityX version it's pretty gutless, go for the 1200cc it's worth the extra Wonga ( I had half a day riding one recently )
