from his garage to ours is the furthest its been ridden this year, a whole 50 meters at most...

Well under use can be a lot worse than over use in the long run, more so for the engine / brakes etc

yours should be good for a while yet... 68k and still running perfect..

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1989-HONDA-NTV600-K-BLUE_W0QQitemZ140166711250QQihZ004QQcategoryZ9806QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

bikes last really well from the 80's onwards, used bike guide reckon the ol GPz should manage 80,000 miles before it croaks completely..

there is a GPz 550 on flebay ATM, advertised as having a knock at tickover (but always has) don't think he realises they did that from new, its backlash in the clutch basket, Kawasaki are infamous for it!

I'll keep an eye on that one, if it looks like it's going for a song, it could be a good spares bike

Although it's shaft drive and not chain

Still thinking about the Honda plate, it too could be moved up by removing all the mounting bracket/reflectors etc and it would be reversable

Different, not quite sure why you would have the Union Jack on one side and the Stars & Stripes on the other

Looks like a nice paint job

any one bought/know about, any givi luggage stuff,
fancy a detachable top box,[to give my pillions a bit of support]

,and maybe the side panniers,later,
theres a few on fleabay, that are for different bikes, but with a welder and some brackets im sure they could fit,

bandit update;
just clocked up 500mls on the steed ,this w/end
it[or im] gettin quicker all the time.....awesome bike....

yesterday was out for an hour wizzin around with nowhere to go,get to the end of a road and pick left or right,
so much more connection with the outside world than in the cage...

I got me a Buell
2001 Cyclone M2 1203cc (Carb Model) with less than 10k on the clock for £2150

Deposit paid.... Its Fantastic to Ride...Totaly different to anything I have ever had before.... Its superb...But I can see why its a bit of a Marmite Bike (Love em or dispise them)

Paid the Deposit and should be with me by Friday.....
