Tried, unless you have a secret contact number the one on the homepage always says " We are experiencing higher than usual call demand, please hold blah.blah.blah

The normal 150 and the options for reporting a fault for broadband (I should know the options of the top of my head by now lol), but make sure you do it out of "peak times".

I had a brand spanking new one through the door at no extra cost

Had a new modem a few months ago, Senior F Body Kid sorted that out because the old one wouldn't talk to the new router

We don't have the Virgin phone or any TV package, so my options are very limited

We're with BT with the home hub thingy.

Out internet is SLOWWWWWWW   1.5MB is a good day(/night) but that is entirely down to our area / street and the cable routing.

Our house was used for a Test case a while back by BT looking into customers that get abnormally low speeds (Because my uncle was heading up the team investigating this) and they did not have a resolution to our issues as it is purely caused by cable length.

Not sure how much it costs per month unfortunately, as I pay a bit extra to my mum each month & they pay the BT bill.

Service wise, apart from the poor speed which would be there whatever Sthe ISP we've never had any problems with BT, the connection is 100% reliable & the Homehub is fine.

Only problem with BT, in my experience, was the cust service, before our case got picked up by my uncles team it was like Banging your head against a spiky concrete wall trying to get them to look into the ridiculously slow speeds, we literally got nowhere & were going round in circles...  but again, given that the specialist team found that our issue was purely caused by line length this again may be why the regular customer service found no resolution.
It's the time that we kill that keeps us alive...

I'm with Sky.  Have been for 3 years!  Very good service, excellent speed and cheep.  I pay £5 for 10mb,  the router was free and an excellent make and spec (netgear).
