No, not a fish.

I've been away from the "playing music" scene for over 10 years now.

But I've been keeping an eye out for a reasonable 3/4 - 4/4 size Double Bass for about 18 months . . . Now I think I've found a contender.

Don't get me wrong - I haven't got the time to learn to play Bass (again) at the moment, but as the house nears completion next year I hope to start playing again.

The good thing is you don't need a Amp either !

She's beauty - currently going for just over £200.

Yup there's just no way back on to the ladder

Government(or someone) Needs to stop the investors buying up the starter homes and renting them out

The Government could stop investors . . . But the Building companies and the Banks like investors as they are easier to deal with and are safer bets then first time buyers.

If the big companies and Banks are happy - the Government have an easy life.

They won't rock the boat for mere mortals.

Why should they care ?

Take advantage of the system whenever possible (that's what I did) - 'Cos no one's gonna do you any favours . . . .
