Title: 4th Gen owners - rear seat belt mountings

Can any of you guys with 4th gens tell me what angle the rear seat belt retractors are mounted?  From looking at one, I think the base lays horizontal, with the belt coming out of the top, but I may be wrong.

They are mounted on the wheel arches and belt comes through the plastic shroulds (http://www.mkb.cc/forum/smileys/wink.gif)
