Title: Mega-Mini-Pimpin'-Project
Post by: Roadkill on July 06, 2015, 09:54:55 am
I think I've had my Costco's stainless steel roll-cab for about 10 years, now - maybe 9 ? - anyway, It's spent most of its life in active duty but generally in one place.

As such, the wheels only come into use when it's time for a re-paint or re-order of the garage . . . I did consider removing the wheels but though it'd be a major ball-ache to remove them but then probably even worse to put them back on once off.

But the gap underneath always bugged me . . . . just never that much until a few of my tools went missing one day . . . turns out Jensen had tidied up for me and stuffed them out of my line-of-sight, under the roll cab.

Long story short, this gap is now in-filled with a little more shiny.

Simple, effective and pops-off when the cab needs to be moved.

The stainless isn't a 100% match but I can live with that.  :P

Nice job. It looks factory made and you still have the flexibility to move it if necessary :cowboy:

I still really like my CostCo Rollercab (the black one with the (fake) wooden workbench top), despite the annoying, sticking plastic locks.
