I've jsut started my latest project - Replacing the rear parcel shelf.
I've got myself a sheet of 1/4 inch MDF for the main body (I'm mounting speakers into it), but the gap into which it needs to slot is slightly less.
I'm still pondering different ideas, but I'm currently thinking a router along that back edge to angle or step it will be the best option. Problem there is I don't own a router.
Does anyone on here have one that could be borrowed at some point?
