Should've added a few (!!!!) in the title.

For now my space is limited but I thought it best to start the thread for future use . . .

The body work required is quite substantial so all work will need to be done at the house, with some sort of structure built inside of the front end first . . . .

How about a 2 ton heavy duty trolley jack ?

Think it would blend nicely with engine and other bits in your front room

It's not that heavy !!!

If it was more structually sound it would be a two-person lift - MAX !

The engine took 5 people to lift that into position.

The Humber is nothing compared to that !

That was more to do with what was required rather than weight tho... it had to be held very exactly to get the Bars lined up.

Even so it was much heavier then the Humber.

It will be seeing a timber frame inside built apon a 19mm thick plywood base . . . . then I'll add 6mm Ply inner wings and fill the cavities with foam filler.
