as i have my xmas holiday brewing , 5 gallons of blackberry and elderberry wine fermenting in my cabinet...

3lb of blackberries and 5lb of elders...



my 1st venture into real fruit wines...

i will do another thread for it eventually...

 the wilco chardonnay one gallon kit this week, which i imagine will be like rk's white wine...

i ave started the coopers stout kit off ,
added a kilo of brew enhancer..[dme]
a kilo of brown sugar
 and 5 tablespoons of instant coffee..

it went of like a volcano
ive had to clean the top of the bucket twice ,they seem to have some sort of zombie yeast ...
