What can i say other than an awesome night out. We were made to feel welcome. No one started a fight and the music was good as well. Count me in for another one. Thanks BBB and Porky you have a great club there

Yup. The place Rocked.

"Furious" were amazing and as stated - "The next 'Cavan" ?

Hope they keep it together in a few years they could be up there with the likes of the Firebirds . . .

Great venue, great people and had a great laugh. It was good to see some faces I recognised in there too . . . .

Will definately be up for it again.

Hi Guys,

Glad you all enjoyed yourselves. I was really looking forward to seeing Furious and they were brilliant. Can't believe how young they are!!!

5 weeks and counting eh!! Let's hope it isn't as cold as last year, even the tents froze!!

Do you know what bands you have got on at the Rock n Roll weekender?? I've heard the Jets are booked.

Porky Saw the Jets a couple of months ago and they were playing covers of Slade songs. He didn't think much of em really, said they weren't as good as they used to be.

I'd love to see Furious at Billing!! They'd get it rockin'

Hope Harry's sorted the "Disco" out this year cos last years R n R weekend was a let down, the best bit was when Richie (Real Rock Jive) went on the decks with his proper rock n roll music - should have left him on. I've got all of his cd's that he sells and they're wicked. Maybe Harry should get Richie to do the DJ at the R n R weekend?? He plays a few spots at our gigs each month and always goes down a storm.

I Saw them at a weekender about 4 years back and must admit I felt a little let down.

I thought they might've just had an "off" day but apparently not.
