I see him on a TV program last night, they tried to wire him up to sensprs and measure how much force he actual exerted but the sensors just failed. They did manage to figure out how much force driving the nail required though and it was pretty high as he went through a frying pan as well

it would be quicker to use a real hammer if he has to line up like that everytime
