my mate sold a car to a pole and he came round with 3 mates,
and they all went over the car for 3/4 of an hr, and fecked him about untill he knocked a few quid off to get rid of em....

Well . . . he got back to me last night . . . he says he's just picked up a '77 Caddy with no problems.

He sounds like an O.K guy . . he's calling me later to organise pick-up . . . says a friend from London can pick up ASAP if needed . . . . I've said the weekend will be fine.

Will wait for his call . . . . . .

It has to be cash doesnt it, you cant let a car go without cleared funds.

I dont treat bankers drafts any different to personal cheques. If he's wiring the money it'll take up to 5 days to go through

yeah not ideal really ...

Shame im out and about so much this week otherwise you could have had the truck/camaro as when im working at home don't need the car!!

Might be worth chatting to philo later and asking about the lexsucks ... i **think** he has the replacement starter so once that changed over (a quick job one evening i think) it should be ok!!

Do you just put down his address as normal or put it was exported . . .
