ok guys, after an extensive conflab with F body and f body managment, and after taking the previous thread on the subject into consideration, its been decided that the christmas dinner will be at the fancot, and a bowling night (or similar) wil be held seperatley, but at a similar time.
reason for this being that some activities aren't very nipper friendly, and can be costly, so breaking the whole shebang up into two seperate nights gives everyone an option to participate according to their situation and pocket depth!
leaving the activity asside, what day would you prefer the meal? as a starting sugestion, i'd offer Dec 16th as being probably the most suitable.
we are going to need a £5 per person deposit in about 3 or 4 weeks, prices will be available soon, but expect c. £15 per person...
